As of March 9th, 2023, Mohawk has launched its UltimateFlex LVT collections to target rental and multifamily residential markets. This new collection of LVT tiles are designed to be a value for money flooring product. With 2.0mm thickness and a 6mil protection wear lay, it is an entry class of LVT. A major benefit advantage in this collection is that it has a reinforced fiberglass layer to strengthen the stability of its core layer, the result is it has improved better performance when it comes to temperature expansion & contractions, a major upgrade to conventional LVT.
