The XS (Extra Small) herringbone SPC flooring is a new kind of luxury vinyl flooring that offers unique and rare specifications in dimensional width. While ordinary vinyl flooring factories can only produce SPC planks with minimal of 90mm width, our advanced production line has allowed us to create a even more narrower planks with click & lock system. Known as the skinny herringbone planks, our XS herringbone SPC flooring provide aesthetics that is in match with hardwood floorings, but with a more affordable price ranges.
Why is XS Herringbone SPC Flooring Unique?
When it comes to slotting product line in SPC floorings, the most common slotting line only allowed for minimal of 100mm (4″). Some suppliers were able to adjust their slotting line to further minimise the width down to 90mm (3.5″). However, using the ordinary slotting line, this is the best it can do in terms of small width planks. It takes a more precision and narrower slotting machine that can effectively produce skinny vinyl planks with 76mm (3″) width. In addition, the higher requirements for dimensional stable planks needed an improving modified composition in PVC and stone powder, and this is why it become more rare and unique in the vinyl flooring industry.
