Why did he make up a story about “watching the first plane hitting the tower?” Why hasn’t he given us a reason for the prisoners in Guantanamo and Gitmo? Why hasn’t he told us about Halliburton? These are the questions we need to be asking.

They did not allow him to. The democrats did.
They have created an atmosphere in this country that if you have casuties in a war either on the enemies side or our side that it is just totally unacceptable. “War is Hell” and it should be hell to make countries not want it.
There was a momentary failure in the Bushes leadership to try and use proxy forces from Afghanistan to get him and had it succeeded would have been great. Had we gone into Tora Bora full force and just taken the casuties the dems would have been up in arms along with the liberal media.
Also i belive it was a mistake to say that the focus was to get Bin Laden. The focus is and should be to destroy and i mean utterly destroy the terrorist. We should persue them with utter ferocity being intent on destroying them, there homes, business everything.
You do not win wars by being the nice guy. You make it so utterly horrible for the enemy that they never have the capacity or the desire to do it again. Germany and Japan are perfect examples of this.
We should be fighting with the doctrine of total war against these clowns and if we were this war would already be over.

Bush has ties with the Bin Laden family. He would lose his partnerships with them if he were to have Bin Laden captured or killed!

Bill Clinton not George Bush allowed Osama Bin Laden to ” escape”
The Facts are that following the first Muslim attempt to blow up the WTC in 1993; the Muslim perpetrators were apprehended & tried.
IF they had been tried & interrogated by ” military tribunal ” America would have learned , through interrogation, that Osama Bin Laden was part of the Jhiad in 1996 . . . . . . . . . . Bill Clinton would have had this information & been able to order that Osama Bin Laden be eliminated in 1996.
Since the ACLU ( A/K/A ” American Criminal Liberties Union ) petitioned that these Muslim Terrorist Bombers be granted the ability to tried withing the US Federal Court System ( instead of a ” military tribunal ” ) the trial dragged on for years before we knew Bin Laden’s role & after we could eliminate him.
The Bottom Line is that IF the Muslim Bombers from the ‘93 WTC Bombing had been tried in a ” military tribunal ” ( instead of Federal Court ) . . . . . Bin Laden would have been revealed a a leader in the ” Jhiad ” & would probably have been eliminate 2 years before 9/11 and. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . There Never Would Have Been A 9/11.

Although there is a possibility this happened there is no proof. . . and like much of what’s happened in the last 7 plus years, we’ll never know the truth. But in the event this did happen, it’s likely because of long standing family ties between the Bush and Bin Laden families and that a “war president” needs an enemy. It is fact that after 9/11 the US government collected many Bin Laden family members from around the US and flew them home. . . with little or no questions asked of them.

We made the mistake of allowing afgans to go in and that mistake allowed him to escape.
We should have ignored the protestors and just wiped Afganistan off the map when he was there.

Because Bin Laden is friends with the Bush Family and it was only during a Bush presidency that Bin Laden could do what he did and still be free.
