   we’ve lost to colorado before and beat the longhorns lmao. like the colorado game decides whether we beat TU. lol we decide whether we beat TU. not some colorado game. all depends on what ags show up. if the ags that beat tech by more than texas did (in lubbock) show up then texas fans will be crying. if the A&M that showed up against k state and oklahoma shows up then texas fans will be laughing.

   1 title voted by ap poll. the university only claims to have 1 national championship because most universities only recognized the ap poll as legitimate for who finished as no. 1. back then. the ags had more than 6 undefeated seasons and finished no. 1 in every poll but the ap poll. the university decided to only lay claim to one championship so there would not be people contesting whether or not they had a natl championship. they claimed the championship listed under the most respected poll.
