There is a metro-link/Amtrak station in Camarillo, you don’t need to go any further. The outlets are 2 miles west of the station. You will need a taxi. It recently has been expanded, and it will take a good day to cover it all.
There are tour buses in Hollywood near Sunset and Highland, close to Michael Jackson’s star.

If you need an outlet place to shop, there’s one right off Interstate 5 in the City of Commerce called the Citadel Outlets, and it’s just 20 miles or so from Disneyland.
If you don’t have a car, I’m not sure the best way to get there, but I’m certain that your hotel desk can help you.
As for a tour of the sights in Hollywood, the front desk person at your hotel can definitely hook you up.
Here’s a link to the shopping place:http://www. citadeloutlets. com/go/dirlist…
Shop on !!

There are no tours to Camarillo premium outlets. I don’t know where or how those folks advertise, but it’s not quite the shopping Nirvana that people suppose it is. Sure, it’s nice. But frankly, I’d rather go to Cabazon or Lenwood (Barstow).
It’s 77 miles from Anaheim to Camarillo, and it takes 1. 5 to 3 hours to get there, depending on traffic. TM’s suggestion of the train might be a good choice.
