your thinking of modern day emo. this song was written in 1978, and has a very sad meaning to it. Of course, modern Emo glamorizes suicide, hence why most refuse to believe some older songs would be classified as Emo. I think the world would probably be better without modern day emo, they make the rest of the moshers look bad.

you guys should check out this barry manilow copacabana version of star wars, just type in star wars cantina and find this video that has a picture of a tanish thing. It’s real good.
